The Erlanger Schultheatertage is a theater festival where school theater groups from Erlangen and the region take over the stages of Schauspiel Erlangen. For a week, students showcase the results of their creative work – from classics to self-developed plays. The 43rd Erlanger Schultheatertage will take place from July 23 to 27, 2026. For a week, the stages of Schauspiel Erlangen will belong to school theater groups from Erlangen and the surrounding area.

The students will showcase the results of their creative work to an audience – the program ranges from classics to entirely self-developed plays. Group registration is possible from December 2025; advance ticket sales for dates and special events in July 2026 began on May 4, 2026.

Schauspiel Erlangen is centrally located in Erlangen's city center. Arrive by train to Erlangen station, then a few minutes' walk. By car, take the A3 (Erlangen exit).
