Berg Boat Club on the Rhine

The Berg Boat Club is a water sports club on the Rhine riverbank in the municipality of Berg. Boating, rowing, fishing, and club-based canoeing are the core activities. The club's kitchen offers classic Palatinate dishes: Saumagen (stuffed pig's stomach), Bratwurst (fried sausage), steaks, salads, fries, and desserts. The location on the Rhine also allows for offerings of 'Backfisch' (fried fish) in the tradition of Palatinate fishing clubs. Palatinate wine from surrounding vintners, draft beer, and Schorle (wine mixed with sparkling water) are available at the bar.
