The Concept: One City, One Night, One Ticket

Barparade is a concept that transforms an entire city center into a club mile for one night. The Pforzheim edition is one of the largest Barparades in Germany and will take place on Saturday, May 9, 2026. 16 bars, clubs, restaurants, and cafes in the city center will become party zones where DJs, live bands, and dance fans meet.

16 Locations, 16 Acts, One Admission

With the Barparade ticket, guests get access to all 16 participating venues for the entire night. Each venue offers its own musical concept — Pop and Charts in some, Hip-Hop and R&B in others, 80s and 90s, classic Rock, Electronic, and House in the rest. This allows guests to experience multiple styles and atmospheres throughout the night. International guest DJs alternate with local acts and live bands.

Atmosphere in Pforzheim's "Goldstadt"

Pforzheim, known worldwide as the center of the German jewelry and watch industry ("Goldstadt" or "City of Gold"), opens its downtown gastronomy for the Barparade, a format unmatched in its concentration in a medium-sized city. The distances between venues are short — all participating bars are within walking distance in the city center around Westliche Karl-Friedrich-Straße and Schlossberg.

Genres and Musical Diversity

The musical range is deliberately broad to cater to as many tastes as possible: current Pop/Charts hits, classic Rock, Hip-Hop, R&B, 80s/90s nostalgia, Electronic/House/Techno sounds. Guests can plan the musical style of each venue before their tour using the app and the program booklet — those who prefer Schlager will go to a different bar than those who are into Techno.

Age Limit and Security

The Barparade is an adult event — admission only for ages 18 and over with ID check at the entrance of each venue. Security and police presence accompany the event, which is now among Pforzheim's most peaceful large-scale events.
