Small Advent market on the third weekend of Advent with amber jewelry and island products
The Bansin Christmas Market is one of two small, regional Advent markets in the Kaiserbäder on the island of Usedom. Unlike the big city Christmas markets, Bansin focuses on regional authenticity and manageable size. The venue is the beach promenade around the historic concert pavilion with a direct view of the winter Baltic Sea.

A special feature is the Christmas Post Office: children can drop off their wish lists here, which Santa Claus will personally pick up on Sunday. The stage alternates between puppet shows, interactive children's shows, blues and pop concerts. The market is located in the Vorpommern-Greifswald district and is part of the municipality of Ostseebad Heringsdorf.
Advent time on the Baltic Sea – the market focuses on regional authenticity:
Free admission. Food, drinks, and handicrafts at market stalls at usual market prices.
By train: Usedomer Bäderbahn (UBB) to Bansin Seebad. By car: A20 to Anklam, then B111 to Bansin. Heringsdorf Airport (HDF) is a few kilometers away.
Usually Friday & Saturday 1 PM–8 PM, Sunday 1 PM–6 PM (previous years' times – please check current information directly).
Free admission.
Come with warm winter clothing and sturdy footwear – it can be icy and windy on the promenade in December.
