The 21st Baiersdorfer Krenmarkt took place on Sunday, September 21, 2025, in the city center of Baiersdorf. As usual, the First Mayor and the Horseradish Queen opened the market with the symbolic Kren harvest. Krenfleisch, Krensüppchen, Krenbrot, natural products, and a colorful supporting program attracted numerous visitors from the metropolitan region.
At the 21st Baiersdorfer Krenmarkt on September 21, 2025, everything once again revolved around Franconian Kren. After the opening at 11 a.m. by the First Mayor and the Horseradish Queen with the symbolic harvest of a horseradish root, the market stalls offered pungent Kren dishes, natural products, as well as artisanal and agricultural goods. A colorful supporting program and the tourism exchange of the metropolitan region rounded off the day and confirmed the 'Kree's' reputation as a popular enjoyment festival in Middle Franconia.
