The program is particularly aimed at families with children:
The Ahlbeck Christmas Market annually opens the Advent season in the Kaiserbäder and thus on the entire island of Usedom. The municipality of Ostseebad Heringsdorf, to which Ahlbeck belongs, is located in the district of Vorpommern-Greifswald. Two weeks later, the Bansin Christmas Market follows on the third Advent weekend, so the Advent season on Usedom is characterized by two small, distinctive markets.
