The Kyllburg Collegiate Church — A Landmark of the Eifel
The Collegiate Church of Our Lady in Kyllburg was founded in 1276 as the collegiate church of a collegiate chapter. It stands on a mountain spur above the Kyll and shapes the townscape with its mighty tower and Gothic apse. Inside, it houses precious stained glass windows from the 14th century, a carved high altar, significant choir stalls, and tombs of the chapter.

The foundation of the church in 1276 took place under the then Archbishop of Trier.
