60th Great Palatinate Wine Tasting

The Great Palatinate Wine Tasting is one of the most renowned and traditional Palatinate wine tastings — and in 2026, it celebrates its 60th edition. A significant anniversary that honors an unbroken tradition since 1966.

The Pfalzweinprobe takes place on Saturday, October 10, 2026, at 4 PM in the Festsaal Saalbau Neustadt — one of the central events of the 2026 German Wine Harvest Festival in the final week before the grand vintner parade.

The organizer is the Palatinate Wine Brotherhood, a traditional association of Palatinate wine personalities, patrons, and lovers of Palatinate wine culture. The Wine Brotherhood is dedicated to preserving Palatinate wine tradition and promoting the Palatinate wine industry. Its events — especially the Pfalzweinprobe — are among the most quality-conscious and expert-led in the region.
