Events and festivals in Hamburg on October 10-11, 2026: the Comediennes de Luxe festival gathers around thirty comedians on the three stages of the Schmidt-Theater on the Reeperbahn.
Comediennes de Luxe on the Reeperbahn
The Comediennes de Luxe festival runs from 5 to 22 October. Saturday, 10 October 2026, falls in the middle of those three weeks. The Schmidt Theater launched it in 2024, and 2026 brings the third edition. The line-up is made up exclusively of female and non-binary comedians.
Stand-up, cabaret, musical comedy and poetry slam share the programme. Alice Köfer and Gazelle bring stand-up, both with Hamburg premieres. Maren Kroymann & Band and Fee Badenius stand for cabaret concerts. A special format, “Geschlechtsverkehrt”, deals with women's health.
Patron Daphne de Luxe, one of Germany's best-known comedians, appears on several evenings herself.
Several shows run at the same time on different stages, so the audience puts together its own festival path.
Tickets cost 19 to 36 euros per show, and blind tickets start at 10 euros. With those, the show is assigned only the following day. Advance booking runs through tivoli.de.
Harbour Front and the Bramfelder Half Marathon
Until Sunday, 11 October, the readings of the Harbour Front Literature Festival continue between HafenCity and Speicherstadt. It is the city's largest literature festival, with the Harbour Front Debütpreis for German-language debut novels. On the same Sunday, the Bramfelder Half Marathon circles the Bramfelder See from the Gropiusring: five kilometres, ten kilometres or 21.1 kilometres in four laps plus an extension. BMS Die Laufgesellschaft organises it, and the 2025 edition sold out with 1,000 participants.
The Latin America and Caribbean Autumn is still under way on 10 October and runs until 30 November, with concerts, films, exhibitions and cooking classes at changing venues from consulates to clubs; the individual dates are on eulacfoundation.org/LACHerbst.
