Overview

The 41st edition of the ZMF Tent Music Festival Freiburg took place from mid-July to early August 2025 on the Mundenhof grounds. 19 festival days of multi-genre programming — classical, jazz, rock, pop, world music, cabaret — featuring numerous international headliners, club nights, and a vibrant family program. One of Southern Germany's most important summer festivals.

ZMF Freiburg 2025

The 41st edition of ZMF in 2025 once again confirmed the festival's top position as a multi-genre highlight in Southern Germany. 19 festival days with concerts in several tents — classical, jazz, rock, pop, world music, reggae, soul. International headliners and regional acts alike.

Workshops, children's program, Artistika performances, and free fringe events complemented the concert offerings. The sustainable festival organization by the non-profit ZMF gGmbH was once again recognized as a model for ecologically responsible large-scale events.
