Edition 2025 — YO DAY Kampen
The YO DAY 2025 brought yoga fans from Hamburg, the Hamburg metropolitan region, and all of Germany to Kampen Sylt. 13 hours of programming in Avenarius Park, a wide selection of yoga styles, body and sound massages, vegan/vegetarian catering, and the final Holi Dance made the day the island's spiritual-sporty summer highlight.
Review: YO DAY 2025
Already in 2025, Halima Elkasmi, Felicitas Sehlert, and Imke Wein established YO DAY as a fixture in the Sylt event calendar. Avenarius Park on Kampen's Wadden Sea path offered over 13 hours of programming with certified Yoga teachers — and concluded with the now-traditional Holi Dance in the evening.
As in subsequent years, Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Pilates, Qi Gong, Meditation, Acro-Yoga, and Dancehall were on the workshop schedule. Body and sound massage stations, vegan catering, and childcare made the day family-friendly.
