Edition 2025 — Pier Festival Wustrow
In 2025, Wustrow also celebrated its Pier Festival on the last Saturday in August. The DGzRS opened the sea rescue station, demonstrated a rescue exercise at sea, and invited visitors to a craft market and cultural program at the pier.
The 2025 edition followed the proven concept: Open Day at the Sea Rescue Station, accompanied by a maritime family program.
The rescue exercise by the sea rescuers on the Baltic Sea once again attracted thousands of visitors to the pier. The craft market and cultural program made the festival a popular late summer day on the Fischland coast.
