Wuppertal Literary Biennale 2026 — Rage — Edition 2025

As the Wuppertal Literary Biennale takes place every two years, 2025 was an intermediate year without a main festival. The Wuppertal City Cultural Office used the time for programme planning for the 8th edition in 2026 under the theme "Rage".

However, during intermediate years, the festival environment in Wuppertal remains literarily active: readings in cultural venues such as the Zentralbibliothek, events at Utopiastadt, and collaborations with the Wuppertal Schauspiel maintained the literary discourse in the city.
