Overview
In 2025, Sommerflimmern Würzburg continued its concept of eco-friendly open-air cinema on the Bastion above the environmental centre. The film selection comprised indie cinema, festival highlights and films relating to environmental and nature themes — fitting for the venue at the environmental centre by the Nautiland.
In 2025 too, 200 deckchairs were rented out, and picnic-blanket spots were available on the well-kept bastion grounds. The pinsa catering in four versions (rustic, vegetarian, Mediterranean, vegan) was complemented by regional wines, beers and specialty drinks.
