Overview
In 2025, the Wormlage Carriage Meet was again held as an annual horse and village festival in the district's park. Horse-drawn carriages, equestrian sports demonstrations, and a family program characterized the two-day event in the Lusatian Lake District. Organizers: Town of Großräschen / Wormlage district.
The 2025 edition continued the long-standing tradition of the Carriage Meet in Wormlage. With its rural character and family-friendly program structure, the meet is a typical Lusatian village festival with an equestrian specialization.
Großräschen and its surrounding districts benefit from the tourism development of the Lusatian Lake District — the Carriage Meet complements this development with its own cultural format.
