Edition 2025 — World Heritage Festival
In 2025, the World Heritage Festival also took place around German World Heritage Day at Mathildenhöhe. With illumination, open artists' houses, a market, and a family program, the edition laid the groundwork for the 2026 anniversary celebration.
The previous year's edition traditionally took place on the weekend of German World Heritage Day. As in previous years, the artists' houses opened their doors, the Platanenhain became a market, and after dark, the World Heritage site was illuminated.
