WOLFWEEZ Open-Air Festival — Edition 2025

At the 9th WOLFWEEZ Open-Air 2025, the volunteer organizers from Musikinitiative Irslingen once again demonstrated how a compact metal festival works. Over two days in early July, about a dozen bands from the Heavy Metal, Thrash, Hardcore, and Crossover genres performed on the Wolfweez stage. The visitor numbers remained as planned at around 2,000 fans, camping was possible directly on-site as every year, and the fair ticket prices kept the festival affordable for a broad metal audience. The Wolfweez family atmosphere, bringing bands and audience on equal footing, once again confirmed the festival's reputation as one of the best small metal events in Southern Germany.
