In 2025 too, municipal festivals and cultural events shaped Wolfratshausen's annual program, paving the way for the special Civic Festival in 2026 with the establishment of the Manzano town partnership.
In the run-up to the special 2026 Civic Festival, numerous municipal festivals and cultural events shaped life in Wolfratshausen in 2025. The decades-long friendship with the Italian town of Manzano, which originated from an earthquake relief effort in 1976, was further nurtured and formed the basis for the planned official elevation to a town partnership in 2026. Wolfratshausen's Cultural Year combined theater, concerts, and festivals into a diverse program for citizens and guests of the Loisach town.
