In mid-August 2025, the Wittighäuser Weindorf took place in the center of Wittighausen, gathering Tauberfranken wine enthusiasts in the deliberately small, family-friendly atmosphere of the SV-organized wine village. Tauberfranken Franconian wines, Franconian specialties, and club bar service characterized the weekend.

In 2025, the Wittighäuser Weindorf once again deliberately avoided the mass appeal of the large wine festivals in the Tauber region, staying true to its family-friendly format. SV Wittighausen organized the festival, and club members served the drinks and food.

The Tauberfranken Franconian wines — Silvaner, Müller-Thurgau, Bacchus, rosé — came from wineries in the immediate region. Franconian bratwurst, bread, dumplings, and cold cuts formed the culinary offerings. A quiet, authentic alternative to the big festivals — appreciated by regular guests seeking a cozy format.
