Looking Back at 2025

The 2025 WinterZauber edition continued the established six-week program: opening in late November, full market operation daily until December 30, 2025, with special shopping events (Black Week, open Sunday shopping on the 1st Advent, late-night shopping in early December). The concept — staging the entire medieval old town of Bad Münstereifel as an Advent village — proved successful again in 2025 as one of the most original and atmospheric Advent solutions in North Rhine-Westphalia.

The combination of outlet shopping and the Christmas market attracted visitors from Cologne, Bonn, the Ruhr area, and the neighboring Dutch provinces. Admission remained free, and the opening hours (Mon–Thu from 1 PM, Fri–Sun from 11 AM) allowed for flexible day trips.
