Overview

The 2025/26 season of the Wintermarkt StrandPauli once again spanned over three months. Hamburg's harbour Christmas market was thus the longest in the city, combining open fires, illuminated fir trees, mulled wine, regional food, and Elbe river views into an alpine-maritime hybrid. The Hacienda and Bavarian ski lodge attracted corporate Christmas parties from across the greater Hamburg area.

The Wintermarkt StrandPauli 2025/26 ran from early November 2025 to mid-February 2026 – Hamburg's longest Christmas market format. On the beach club grounds between Landungsbrücken and the fish market, open fires and hundreds of illuminated fir trees transformed the area into a winter harbour oasis.

The culinary offerings ranged from the classic mulled wine and kale-with-bratwurst stand to the à la carte menu in the heated Hacienda pavilion, featuring fondue, Hamburg's Pannfisch, and pizza. The Bavarian ski lodge was again a popular setting for corporate Christmas parties. Three seating options – open-air by the fire, covered beach area, or indoor – made the market weather-independent.
