Wintergarten St. Pauli – Christmas Market at the Rindermarkthalle

The 2025 edition reaffirmed the format as a St. Pauli Advent classic. For six weeks, the forecourt of the Rindermarkthalle was a reliable meeting point for the St. Pauli neighborhood, the Karoviertel, and the residents of Schanzenviertel. The ice stock sport was fully booked on most weekends – groups used the lanes for company parties and friend gatherings.

In Hamburg's 2025 Advent market calendar, Wintergarten St. Pauli further solidified its status as a trendy meeting point in the Hamburg-Mitte district. Within the state of Hamburg, it is one of those markets deliberately not designed for tourist crowds, but for the residents of the quarter – and that's precisely what creates its atmosphere.
