Overview

The 2025 Wintergarten St. Pauli ran from November 12th to December 23rd, 2025, on the forecourt of the Rindermarkthalle. Opened with the Clubkinder charity ice stock tournament on November 12th. Mon–Fri 3–9 PM, Sat 12–9 PM, Sun 3–8 PM (closed on Totensonntag, Nov 23rd). Scandinavian huts, ice stock sport, mulled wine specialties, Holsteiner Caterjungs bratwurst, crêpes, pizza. Free admission.

The 2025 edition reaffirmed the format as a St. Pauli Advent classic. For six weeks, the forecourt of the Rindermarkthalle was a reliable meeting point for the St. Pauli neighborhood, the Karoviertel, and the residents of Schanzenviertel. The ice stock sport was fully booked on most weekends – groups used the lanes for company parties and friend gatherings.

In Hamburg's 2025 Advent market calendar, Wintergarten St. Pauli further solidified its status as a trendy meeting point in the Hamburg-Mitte district. Within the state of Hamburg, it is one of those markets deliberately not designed for tourist crowds, but for the residents of the quarter – and that's precisely what creates its atmosphere.
