Edition 2025 — Winter Pride

From November 15th to December 21st, 2025, Winter Pride Hamburg was once again North Germany's largest LGBTQ Christmas market. At Lange Reihe / corner of Kirchenallee in St. Georg, DJ sets on weekends, community organizations during the week, and three rentable huts created an atmosphere that had little in common with classic Christmas markets – but a lot with a consistent queer self-image.

The 2025 edition ran for six weeks, with closing days on November 16th and 23rd. As in previous years, local DJs played from 7 PM on Fridays and Saturdays – consciously avoiding classic Christmas hits. Monday to Thursday, Hamburg LGBTQ initiatives took over the bar service, using the format for visibility, fundraising, and encounters.

The three rentable huts for 10–40 people were well-booked again – from company Christmas parties to private Advent celebrations. Packages including mulled wine, spiced biscuits, and gingerbread characterized the culinary offerings. The market was designed to be barrier-free; all areas were accessible without steps.
