The Wine Festival at Burgthann Castle 2025 once again followed its proven concept: a single September evening in the castle courtyard, with wines from Franconia and the Palatinate, small snacks, and live entertainment. Free admission, proceeds for castle preservation.

As in previous years, the Burgverein Burgthann opened the castle courtyard in 2025 for a one-day wine festival. The concise but carefully curated wine list, the small selection of snacks, the family-friendly atmosphere with an afternoon children's program, and the acoustic live music made the festival an unpretentious highlight in the Middle Franconian late summer calendar.

The format works precisely because it is kept small. The Burgverein deliberately avoids growth – thereby ensuring that the unique atmosphere of the castle courtyard is preserved.
