Overview

In 2025, Bührmann Weine once again invited guests to its summer whisky and smoker event on the terrace at Franz-Haniel-Straße. Whisky lovers sampled selected open whiskies from Bührmann's range, while the smoker served up BBQ classics – a relaxed atmosphere of enjoyment on a late summer Saturday on the Lower Rhine.

The 2025 edition once again proved that the concept of open-air tasting, BBQ, and a relaxed atmosphere is a winner. Bührmann Weine had curated a select range of whiskies from its portfolio – classics and rarities, all included in the all-day package price. The smoker, with Pulled Pork, Brisket, and Ribs, provided the culinary accompaniment.

As every year, it was a popular date for whisky lovers from the Lower Rhine, the Ruhr area, and occasionally from nearby the Netherlands – early booking was a must due to the limited terrace capacity.
