Overview

The 2025 World Children's Day festival once again transformed Luisenplatz Potsdam into a playground for families. Carousels, bouncy castles, games, and free entertainment attracted families from Potsdam and Berlin to the city centre.

In 2025, the festival continued its format of a family day for World Children's Day. Luisenplatz offered a packed programme of play activities, craft workshops, and free entertainment for children.

The festival is part of the City of Potsdam's commitment to the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child and is a firm fixture at the end of summer in the region's family calendar.
