WeinHamburg Frühling

The 2025 edition confirmed the manageable, curatorially clear format of WeinHamburg. With around 900 wines and 90 exhibitors, the fair was large enough for a serious overview of current vintages, but small enough for actual tasting success over two days.

The focus was on the newly bottled white wines of the 2024 vintage — fresh Rieslings, Silvaner, and Grauburgunder dominated the German offering, complemented by international white wines, light rosés, and early-drinking red wines. Family wineries, importers, and wine cooperatives characterized the exhibitor selection.
