Review 2025

The 2025 edition was once again one of the social summer highlights of Wertheim's old town. Regional vintners from Wertheim, Bronnbach, Beckstein, and Werbach served their wines directly on the market square and on the Main riverbank, while Wertheim restaurateurs provided the culinary accompaniment. The light installations bathed the collegiate church and the market square in colorful atmospheric images, and live bands played on several squares in the evenings. The Tauberschwarz tasting was, as always, one of the particularly popular program points — this old, almost extinct red wine grape is consciously cultivated in Tauberfranken and produced only in limited quantities.
