Overview

The Weinfest Osterstraße 2025 still took place in late summer at Fanny-Mendelssohn-Platz – with Hamburg wine importers, Eimsbüttel gastronomy, and a live stage. Based on this edition, the organizer decided to plan the format as a Midsummer Festival for the Summer Solstice in 2026.

Weinfest Osterstraße 2025 – Retrospective

The 2025 edition of the wine festival still took place in the traditional late summer format at Fanny-Mendelssohn-Platz on Osterstraße. Hamburg wine importers and Eimsbüttel gastronomy served the audience with wines from the Palatinate, Rheinhessen, and Alsace; local music played on the small stage.

Til Bernstein from Osterstraße e.V. drew a positive conclusion – noting that the concept will be moved to a Midsummer Festival date in 2026 to make way for other Hamburg street festivals in August, while also leveraging the charm of the solstice.
