Overview

The 2025 wine festival continued the tradition established by the Freie Narren Dettenhausen since 2019. Württemberg wines, Swabian association cuisine, and a relaxed summer evening atmosphere in the garden of the Narrhalla on Brunnenstraße — one of the coziest wine festivals in the Tübingen district.

Wine Festival 2025

The Weinfest Dettenhausen 2025 took place, as in previous years, on an August weekend. In the garden and courtyard of the Narrhalla, the Freie Narren served their selection of wines — Württemberg Trollinger and Lemberger as regional classics, complemented by Riesling and Schwarzriesling.

The wine festival has been part of the association's summer program since 2019 (with the exception of the COVID years 2020 and 2021). It is one of the few events that combines the Swabian-Alemannic carnival tradition with a summer format — the same hall, which is used for carnival with witch figures and jester calls, becomes a relaxed wine courtyard in August.
