Edition 2025 — Goethe Wine Festival

In 2025, Frauenplan once again transformed into a wine village around Goethe's birthday. Winemakers from almost all German growing regions welcomed wine lovers from Weimar and the region, complemented by a Thuringian specialty village and live music.

The 2025 edition continued the tradition of the wine festival in front of Goethe's former residence. The highlight, as every year, was Goethe's birthday on August 28th, when the city, the Klassik Stiftung (Classical Foundation), and the Wine Queens toasted the city's great son together.
