The Weimar Mosel Wine Festival 2025 took place in July on the Frauenplan. Four days of Mosel wines, sparkling wines, and brandies in front of Goethe's former residence, complemented by regional gastronomy stands — a connection between the classical city of Weimar and the German Mosel wine region. Free admission.

Mosel Wine Festival 2025 in Weimar

As every year, the Weimar Mosel Wine Festival 2025 brought Mosel vintners to the historic city center of the classical city of Weimar. Four days of wine tasting, sparkling wine tasting opportunities, and brandies, directly in front of Goethe's former residence on the Frauenplan. Regional gastronomy stands with Thuringian Bratwurst, game sausage, and regional cheese accompanied the wine offerings. The mix of Mosel Riesling and Thuringian Bratwurst has found a loyal following in Weimar — the festival is a pillar of Weimar's summer program.
