The Weihnachtstal 2025 opened on the third Advent weekend (December 13th/14th). Nine illuminated mills in the Mühltal valley between Eisenberg and Weißenborn, a hiking trail with torches, the Weihnachtstal-Express with musicians, and a free shuttle from five parking lots.

Weihnachtstal 2025

In December 2025, the Mühltal valley between Eisenberg and Weißenborn was once again transformed into an illuminated Christmas landscape. Nine mills, each with its own concept — handicrafts, gastronomy, storytelling, music — lined the hiking trail through the valley. The Weihnachtstal-Express shuttled musicians between the mills, and the free shuttle from five parking lots brought visitors into the valley. One of Thuringia's most extraordinary Advent experiences.
