Christmas Market 2025 — Review

In 2025, the Christmas Market at Stöckleinsteich opened again on time for the Advent season. As every year, the shore of the small village pond transformed into a festively lit island of light with several mulled wine and sweet stands.

Crêpes, Christmas and gift items, as well as games for children completed the offerings. The market remained in the typically manageable format for Marktschorgast – a village Advent market with atmosphere rather than a major tourist event. For the residents and guests of the Upper Franconian market town, it was one of the Advent highlights before Christmas.
