Review: Christmas Market 2025
In 2025, the Christmas market once again marked the Schlei Advent in Brodersby-Goltoft. In the center of the small community in the Schleswig-Flensburg district, locals and Schlei holidaymakers met on an Advent Saturday afternoon for mulled wine, punch, and winter specialties. As in the following year, the market was part of the Living Advent Calendar, the overarching Advent tradition of the Schleidörfer cooperative.
At the lovingly decorated stalls, arts and crafts, Christmas gift ideas, and regional products were offered. The atmosphere was familiar, the vibe village-like and North German — a typical Schlei Advent day, far from the big markets in Kiel, Lübeck, or Flensburg.
