2025 Hocketse at the Musikerheim

In 2025, Musikverein Empfingen — one of the oldest music associations in the Freudenstadt district (founded 1847) — once again invited visitors to the Weiherplatzhocketse at the Musikerheim. Three festival days filled with brass music from the main band, friendly guest bands from the Black Forest foothills, and a party band on Saturday evening made up the program.

Sunday was traditionally dedicated to the 'Frühschoppen' with festival music and the family day featuring a performance by the youth band. Swabian Maultaschen, schnitzel, draft beer, and Württemberg wine were served to guests, while the typical Swabian Hocketse atmosphere ensured that many visitors stayed seated on the benches from afternoon until late into the evening.
