Overview
The Waldshut Christmas Market 2025 maintained its status as one of the longest Advent markets on the High Rhine. From late November until the last week of Advent, Kaiserstraße featured an Advent landscape with over 30 stalls and huts, shaping the appearance of the historic pedestrian zone. The Christmas pyramid in the center, mulled wine stands, candied almonds, and Swiss raclette attracted visitors from the southern Black Forest, the Canton of Schaffhausen, and the entire region.
As every year, numerous associations, choirs, and music groups used the market stage for performances. The brass band of the Liebfrauenkirche, the school orchestra, dance groups, and gospel choirs featured prominently in the stage program. The market remained firmly anchored in the Advent calendar of the High Rhine region and was an economically important attraction for Waldshut's city center.
