Overview
The 2025 Waldfest at Rimbachs Ruh took place as usual in late May, gathering village communities from the various districts of Werra-Suhl-Tal in the Wartburgkreis. Despite changeable weather, the day was celebrated with bratwurst, beer, and music.
As every year, hiking groups and families gathered in the forest clearing. The festival site under the old beech and oak trees once again offered the familiar atmosphere: cozy, close to the village, connected to nature. The Waldfest once again confirmed its importance as a small but identity-forming early summer festival in the Wartburgkreis.
