Overview

The Waldfest Queienfeld 2025 once again took place at Pentecost on the Waldfestplatz near the Lutherlinde. The Hurra-Club Queienfeld organized four days of festival tent program with live bands, dance evenings, and a family Sunday. The traditional festival since 1952 once again confirmed its reputation as South Thuringia's «kleines Woodstock».

2025 Review

In 2025, the Pentecost weekend was again marked by the typical Waldfest format: opening on Friday, major concert evenings on Saturday, family day with morning pint (Frühschoppen) on Sunday, and winding down on Monday. The forest around the Lutherlinde once again transformed into a place of music and celebration; visitors from Grabfeld, the Rhön, and nearby Bavaria filled the festival grounds.
