Edition 2025 — Volksmusikfest
In 2025, the Seeth-Ekholt Volunteer Fire Brigade once again invited attendees to the traditional Volksmusikfest in the community's Festhalle. The annual gathering featuring Bavarian brass music, dancing, and catering attracts folk music enthusiasts from the Pinneberg district and friendly fire brigades from neighboring communities.
The 2025 edition followed the established format. Traditionally, a brass or traditional costume band is booked in advance, the Festhalle is furnished with long beer benches, and the catering is prepared by the brigade members. Over 300 guests typically fill the hall and celebrate late into the night — a proven combination of a fire safety club and village social life.
