Edition 2025 — Volksfest Viechtach

The Volksfest Viechtach 2025 still took place during the traditional summer period. Six days of Volksfest at the Volksfestplatz Am Regen with a festival tent, live bands, carousels, and family offers. The last summer edition before the switch to the autumn slot from 2026 onwards.

The 2025 summer edition marked the end of a long-standing tradition: from 2026, the Volksfest will move to an autumn date. The 2025 summer event was celebrated once more with the usual program — live bands, beer tent, carousels, and continuous festivities over the extended weekend.

Festzeltbetrieb Widmann GmbH, as usual, took on the role of festival host. The experiences from 2025 will flow into the planning of the first October edition in 2026 — new band bookings, adjusted logistics, and marketing for the new date.
