Volksfest Schwandorf — Edition 2025

In 2025, the Schwandorf Volksfest followed its proven pattern: a grand parade on the first Saturday, ten days of beer tent with band program, Family Days with reduced ride prices, Senior Citizens' Afternoon, and a highlight weekend finale. The city of Schwandorf, with its clubs, traditional costume groups, and brass bands, was fully represented — as always, a cultural showcase for the entire district. The folk festival culture of the Naab valley and the Upper Palatinate has shaped the event for decades, making it one of the most important summer major events east of Regensburg.
