Edition 2025 — Volksfest Lauterhofen
In 2025, SV Lauterhofen again invited visitors to its Volksfest at the end of June. As in previous years, the programme included an open-air concert in the market square, a festival procession with a beer tapping ceremony, youth football tournaments, and festival tent entertainment with brass and dance music. The three-day festival remains a fixture in the summer calendar of the market town of Lauterhofen in the Neumarkt district.
The 2025 Volksfest Lauterhofen followed the tried-and-tested format: starting with an open-air concert and free beer in the historic market square, followed by a festival procession to the tent and the beer tapping ceremony by the patron. Throughout the weekend, the SV Lauterhofen youth football tournaments took place, alongside brass band music, a senior afternoon, a morning pint with a church service, and the final grand raffle. The festival maintains its place as a convivial meeting point for Lauterhofen and the surrounding communities of the Middle Upper Palatinate.
