The 1st edition of the Volksbad-Festival 2025 immediately established an important tradition: the only FLINTA* festival in Saxony-Anhalt. Concerts, workshops, and a committed panel discussion demonstrated the need for queer-feminist festival culture in the state.
The premiere edition in 2025 immediately established the Volksbad-Festival as an important date in the Magdeburg and supra-regional FLINTA* festival community. Three concerts, workshops, and a shared commitment to visible diversity in the music industry created a dense, intense day-long experience.
