Overview
The Vogelschießen Bornhöved 2025 once again brought the entire village community together for a weekend in September. Shooting competitions on Saturday, a festive parade on Sunday – the proven tradition underscored the strong club structure of the municipality in the Segeberg district.
The 2025 edition continued the Vogelschießen tradition in Bornhöved. Saturday was dedicated to competitions in the Mensa of the Sventana-Schule, and Sunday to the festive parade through the village with the proclamation of the king.
The event is one of the central identity markers of the Bornhöved municipality and highlights the commitment of local clubs. The title of king was, as is traditional, proclaimed after the parade.
