The Villinger Weihnachtsmarkt am Münster 2025 ran for 10 days during the pre-Christmas season, transforming the Münsterplatz into one of the most beautiful Christmas markets in the Black Forest, as it does every year. Artisans, Black Forest specialties, mulled wine, a carousel, and a St. Nicholas event were part of the program.
2025 Christmas Market
As every year, the Weihnachtsmarkt am Münster transformed Villingen's inner city into a pre-Christmas stage in 2025. Artisans, regional vendors, and showmen filled the Münsterplatz, with the Romanesque-Gothic Münster forming the backdrop.
The combination of the historic old town, Münster architecture, and Black Forest arts and crafts made the market an attraction drawing visitors from all over Germany and parts of neighboring Switzerland and France.
