Overview

The 29th edition of the Umbrian-Provençal Market took place in September 2025 in Tübingen's Old Town. As in previous years, the market combined 21 vendors from Provence, 21 food stalls from Perugia, and about 35 Tübingen stands into a five-day European gourmet festival. Over 100,000 visitors.

The 29th edition in 2025 confirmed the established format: five days of market activity in the Old Town, with olive oil, lavender, truffles, pasta, cheese, and wine as the culinary core. The children's festival on Saturday and the Erbe Run on Sunday rounded off the program. As usual, the market attracted over 100,000 visitors — many from Stuttgart, the Reutlingen region, and surrounding districts.
