In early October 2025, the Ulmer Marktsonntag featured an autumn market, antiques market, and crafts market on Münsterplatz and in the pedestrian zone. From 1 p.m., retailers in Ulm's city center opened their doors — the proven Marktsonntag with open Sunday shopping has been a highlight in Ulm's autumn calendar for years.

Marktsonntag 2025

The 2025 edition once again attracted thousands of visitors to Ulm's city center. The concept of three parallel markets plus open Sunday shopping reliably works — families combine market visits with shopping trips and Minster tours.

The choice of the first weekend in October is favorable: the weather is usually still mild, autumn products (pumpkins, local fruit) are in season, and Ulm, as a Danube city with Münsterplatz, offers the fitting backdrop.
