Overview

The UckerMarsch 2025 took place as usual in late April in Prenzlau. Several hundred participants hiked the three routes (16, 31, 53 km) through the Uckermark lake landscape. The donation income was fully passed on to non-profit associations in the region — an established charity tradition in North Brandenburg.

The 2025 edition confirmed the UckerMarsch as Brandenburg's most important charity hiking event. All starting spots were taken within days of registration opening. From the Sonnenkap campsite in Prenzlau, the three routes led through the Uckermark hills, forests, and lake areas. Refreshment stops, overnight accommodation at the campsite, and the four selected donation recipients made the event a typical example of community-driven regional culture. In 2025, several thousand euros were also distributed to local associations.
