Overview

In August 2025, the Uckermark Music Weeks also took place throughout the Uckermark region, presenting over 20 concerts of old and new music in barns, stables, village churches, and manor houses — including a concert in Kuhz (Boitzenburger Land). Organizer: Uckermark Music Weeks e.V.

The 2025 edition continued the tradition established in 1992: three weeks in August featuring concerts in atmospheric rural venues in the Uckermark, with a program ranging from Baroque to contemporary. The festival is one of the most prominent classical series in Brandenburg, attracting audiences annually from Berlin, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, and the entire region.

Kuhz, a district of the municipality of Boitzenburger Land, has been a recurring venue for the Music Weeks for years — as a typical rural stage where the festival brings its concept to life.
